Mind Valley Projects was founded in 2017 with the purpose of bringing a new point of view to the field of project management and engineering.
Mind Valley Projects is bringing under one roof all services that supports Mobile and Fixed plants projects. The approach combines engineering, construction, maintenance and project management/administrations services in a mutual success formula.
August 2017 and January 2018 saw Mind Valley Projects being vendor listed by Debswana Diamond Company and Joy Global Africa.
 

Our successful team comprise of Project Managers, Technicians, Supervisors and Artisans of various trades who pride themselves of experiences not less than ten years in mining and construction industries.
The biggest mining shovel project in Africa done at Jwaneng Mine in 2013 was headed by one of now Mind Valley Projects managers. The project involved "Life Extension and Centurion System Upgrade "of a P&H 2800XPB Electric Rope Shovel. The shovel life was extended with 120 000hrs saving Debswana millions needed to buy a new shovel.
Mind Valley Projects team Artisans have done majority of successful projects done at Jwaneng, Orapa, Letlakane, Damtsha, Karowe and Tati Nickel mines just to list a few.

2013 Overhauled and Commissioned Le-Tourneau L1850 Electric Drive Front End Loader including software upgrade. (Jwaneng Mine)
2014 Assembled and Commissioned 10 Komatsu 830E Dump Trucks. (Orapa Mine).
2015 Overhaul of Komatsu PC8000E Hydraulic Face Shovel and major components change out. (Jwaneng Mine)
2016 Overhauled 2 Bucyrus 495HR Rope Shovels @ 25 000hrs. (Jwaneng Mine)
2016 Overhaul of Komatsu 930E Dump Trucks mid-life. (Jwaneng Mine)
2017 Disassembled 3 Terex RH120 (Tati Nickel Mine) and assembled them at Karowe Mine. 2018 Dismantling 6 Cat 793 Dump Trucks under Debswana Asset Disposal (Jwaneng Mine).
2018 Extensive repairs on accident damaged S211 Bucyrus 495HR Rope Shovel (Jwaneng Mine).
2018 Boom foot pin replacement and other repairs S212 Bucyrus 495HR Rope Shovel (Jwaneng Mine).
Mind Valley Projects Boilermaking and Fabrication team have strength in doing Adhoc works, Trucks bowls and Shovels dipper repairs.
Our Fitting and Electrical sections have extensive experience in Fixed Plant maintenance, changing vibrator screens, motors, pulleys, and conveyor belts.
We have Cranage and Rigging services section which is always readily available to support projects and breakdowns with light and heavy lifts. Andrew the sectional head says "No load is too heavy to be lifted".
We always lift safely.
Engineering projects are given an unwavering support by our machine shop which does all forms of machining and on situ line boring.
As Mind Valley Projects we promise all our clients a high level of skilled manpower, which results in quality work being done within timelines at competitive rates.
In the near future Mind Valley Projects will be offering additional services such as Laser Alignment, NDT (non- destructive tests), Oil and Vibration Analysis.
